covid-19 Protocol

- As we keep a close watch on the Covid-19 situation, rest assured we are taking every precaution possible to protect both our staff & guests here at Oyster Island Retreat. In keeping with the BCCDC's health and safety guidelines, we have issued protocol specific to Oyster Island and will be updating our guidelines as the situation evolves.

- We ask that all of our guests evaluate their own health prior to arrival. If anyone is experiencing Covid-19 related symptoms, or has been in contact with anyone experiencing symptoms, we ask that you kindly stay home

- For your journey to Oyster, be advised that as per Transport Canada, face coverings are currently required aboard BC ferries, High Tide Water Taxi Service, as well as Harbour Air, Sunshine Coast Air and all other airlines providing service to Oyster Island.

- Staff on Oyster Island are required to wear masks when entering guest areas and/or are in close proximity (2 metres) to guests on the island.

- All facilities receive a deep clean & full sanitation prior to guest arrival. Furthermore, a daily housekeeping service is provided in which al common area surfaces are thoroughly disinfected.
